PrepFox provides software and educational content for preparedness planning. Features may change; we aim for reasonable notice for material changes where feasible.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Renewals, trials, and refunds are described at checkout and in plan-specific terms presented there.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Preparedness tools cannot guarantee safety outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepFox and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
